1. Agreement

This agreement ("Agreement") is between you, the User, and Harmony Wave Solutions Kft. with its registered address at : 2161 Csomád, Verebeshegy utca 11, Hungary operating as FridayTicket, (here and after “FridayTicket”,“we”, “us”). By using this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. FridayTicket, reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the site following any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.

By continuing to use FridayTicket, you signify your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please exit the site immediately.

2. Cooperation Overview

FridayTicket, the owner of the website https://fridayticket.com/en (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), operates as an online ticket sales platform. In its capacity as the Platform owner, FridayTicket collaborates with Omega Concert s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as the "System Owner") and Event Organizers under separate agreements.

Platform and System Usage: FridayTicket utilizes the ticketing system provided and maintained by the System Owner to facilitate and manage the sale of Tickets through the Platform.

Agreements with Third Parties: FridayTicket enters into contractual agreements with Event Organizers and Authorized Sellers to ensure the effective management and conduct of Ticket sales. Additionally, FridayTicket may engage in the organization of its own events and direct management of Ticket sales through its Platform.

3. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

"Authorized Seller": Refers to an individual or entity that has entered into an agreement with FridayTicket to sell Tickets through the FridayTicket Platform. Authorized Sellers are responsible for ensuring the validity and accuracy of the Tickets they offer.

"Event Organizer": Refers to an individual or entity responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing an event, including logistics, scheduling, and coordination with vendors and participants.

"Order": Refers to one or more Tickets for a single Event, selected by the Ticket Buyer from the System and consolidated under a single identification number. An Order represents the Ticket Buyer’s request to purchase Tickets and includes all details necessary for the transaction.

"Reservation": Refers to a formed Order that is pending payment by the Ticket Buyer. A Reservation indicates that the Ticket Buyer has selected Tickets and placed them in a temporary hold status, awaiting payment to complete the purchase.

"Site"or “Platform”: Refers to the FridayTicket website and any associated web pages or applications through which users can access, browse, and utilize the services provided by FridayTicket, including the ability to search for events and view Ticket options.

"Service fee": Refers to funds charged to the Ticket Buyer during the sale of Tickets for Reservation and sale of Tickets services. The amount of the Service Fee for each Ticket is a certain percentage of the cost of the service indicated on the Ticket.

"System": Refers to the comprehensive software platform upon which the Site operates. The System encompasses the technology and software used for:

• Booking: Facilitating the Reservation of Tickets and management of seat availability.
• Registration: Capturing and processing user information and event details.
• Sale: Handling transactions and processing payments for Ticket purchases.
• Generation of Unique Series and Numbers: Creating and assigning distinct identification numbers and series for each Ticket issued.
• Identification: Verifying and tracking user transactions and Ticket details.
• Storage of User Transactions: Maintaining records of all user interactions and purchase history.
• Sending Confirmations: Dispatching purchase confirmations and related communications to users via email, SMS, or other methods.

"Ticket Buyer": Refers to an individual who purchases a Ticket through the FridayTicket Platform and is entitled to attend the event specified on the Ticket. Ticket Buyers are responsible for complying with all terms and conditions related to the purchase and use of the Ticket.

"Ticket": Refers to a proof of purchase or entitlement issued by an Authorized Seller, granting the holder the right to attend a specified event. Tickets may be in digital or physical form and include details such as the event date, time, venue, and seat information, if applicable.

"Ticketing Channels": Refers to all the various methods and platforms through which Tickets can be purchased or obtained. Including both physical and digital means.

"Widget": Refers to a component of the System that facilitates communication between the Ticket Buyer and the Authorized Seller, including redirection of the Ticket Buyer to complete the purchase of a Ticket.

4. Usage of Terms

• Genders and Pronouns: Words importing any gender (such as "he," "she," or "they") are intended to include all genders. The use of pronouns and references to individuals is not meant to restrict the application to any specific gender or gender identity. The terms are used in a neutral and inclusive manner.
• Number and Plurals: Words used in the singular form include the plural form and vice versa, as the context requires. This means that references to one item or person should be understood to include multiple items or persons, and vice versa, as appropriate to the context of the discussion.
• Headings: Headings and section titles are provided for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Interpretation: Any terms not specifically defined herein shall be interpreted in accordance with their common usage and context. The definitions provided are intended to ensure clarity and consistency in the application of these Terms and Conditions.

5. Registration on the Site

Users may browse the Site without registering; however, to access certain features such as making a Reservation, placing an Order, or purchasing a Ticket, registration is required. During the registration process, users must provide a valid email address. Upon registration, the System Owner will send a unique verification code to the user's email address, which will serve as a password for entering the account and accessing registered features.

Users are strictly advised not to share their account username and password with any third parties. It is recommended that users include their name as it presented in the ID, passport of other form of paperwork to facilitate easier identification and support. The Ticket Buyer/User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password and for all activities, including purchases, that occur under their account. In the event of any unauthorized use of the account or any other breach of security, the Ticket Buyer/User agrees to notify FridayTicket immediately.

FridayTicket is not responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the disclosure of your username or password, or from the use of your username or password by any third party.

Furthermore, FridayTicket reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account without notice if it believes you have violated any of these terms or engaged in any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity. Any such suspension or termination shall be without liability to you and shall not limit any other rights or remedies that may be available to FridayTicket under the law.

6. Services

FridayTicket operates as an online Platform enabling registered users to purchase Tickets for various events. These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter herein. Unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of sale and FridayTicket does not act as an event organizer, FridayTicket acts solely as an intermediary between Event Organizers or Authorized Sellers and the Ticket Buyer. When purchasing Tickets, the Ticket Buyer enters into a direct, one-time agreement with the Authorized Seller. Note that FridayTicket may also act as an Authorized Seller in certain instances.

7. Applicability

By purchasing Tickets through the appropriate Widget, you, the Ticket Buyer, agree to the terms set forth by the Authorized Seller. By using the Site, you consent to the transfer of your data to the Authorized Seller. This may include the transmission of information related to your account that allows for your identification, as necessary to facilitate the transaction.

8. Third-Party Terms: The third-party sites including a Widget where purchases are made, including any offers or deals presented, have their own terms and conditions, privacy policies, and practices. Users are advised to review and familiarize themselves with these terms and policies before completing a purchase. FridayTicket does not have control over, and is not responsible for, the terms, practices, or content of these third-party sites. Entry to any event is contingent upon adherence to the specific terms, conditions, and rules set forth by the Authorized Seller, Event Organizer, and venue operator. This includes, but is not limited to:

1. Authorized Seller Terms: Conditions and regulations established by the Authorized Seller, including Ticket usage, identification requirements, and any additional stipulations for entry.
2. Event Organizer Rules: Rules and policies determined by the Event Organizer related to the conduct and management of the event, which may include restrictions on entry, behavior, or other event-specific guidelines.
3. Venue Operator Policies: Policies and procedures imposed by the venue operator governing access to the premises, including security measures, prohibited items, and general venue regulations.

It is the sole responsibility of the Ticket Buyer to review and understand these terms, conditions, and rules prior to buying the Ticket and/or attending the Event. Failure to comply with any of these terms may result in denied entry or other consequences as determined by the Authorized Seller, Event Organizer, or venue operator. FridayTicket hereby expressly disclaims any and all liability arising from the maters thereof.

9. Payment Procedure

9.1 Payment Methods

You are entitled to pay for Tickets using any of the payment methods made available on the Widget. Payment is deemed complete when the payment (banking) institution confirms the successful transaction and the funds are transferred to the Authorized Seller’s account.

9.2 Order Completion

Upon receipt of the full payment by the Authorized Seller, the Order is considered complete, and you will be granted the right to attend the event. Should payment be either not completed or only partially completed during the Reservation Period, the Order will be deemed unsold and cancelled.

9.3 Tax Responsibilities

FridayTicket are not responsible for the calculation, collection, or payment of taxes related to the sale of Tickets, except where FridayTicket is legally required to do so. Any applicable taxes must be included in the Ticket sale price. You agree that FridayTicket shall not be liable for the accuracy or appropriateness of any tax payments made on your behalf, except where legally obligated to calculate, collect, and remit such taxes. You shall indemnify and hold harmless FridayTicket, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees from any liabilities, interest, and costs (including attorneys' fees) arising from any third-party or governmental claims related to tax obligations or payments.

9.4 Payment Processing

Payments for Tickets are processed directly by the Authorized Seller, and funds are transferred to the Authorized Seller’s account. The Widget facilitates this payment process, which may involve third-party payment processors. FridayTicket does not collect or have access to your payment information. It is solely your responsibility to provide accurate and complete payment information.

Please be aware that payment transactions may be affected by regulations, restrictions, or limitations imposed by card issuers or in certain territories. FridayTicket is not responsible for any issues or failures in processing payments that result from such regulations or restrictions.

10. Refunds

10.1 Obligation of Authorized Sellers

The responsibility for processing refunds lies exclusively with the Authorized Sellers. Refunds will be issued only in instances where an Event is officially canceled. All claims for refunds must be submitted within ten (10) days of the occurrence of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted after this period may be deemed invalid, and neither FridayTicket nor Authorized Seller will be obligated to process or address such claims.

10.2 Amount of Refund

In the event of a cancellation, the Ticket Buyer shall be entitled to a refund equal to the face value of the Ticket. The "face value" refers to the amount paid for the Ticket itself, excluding any Service Fees, convenience fees, or other additional charges. Please be advised that Service Fees and any costs associated with additional services are strictly non-refundable.

10.3 Refunds for Postponed or Rescheduled Events

In cases where an Event is postponed, rescheduled, or otherwise modified (including changes to event times), the responsibility for any potential refunds or adjustments rests with the Authorized Sellers. The decision to provide a refund or adjustment under these circumstances is at the sole discretion of the Authorized Seller and is not guaranteed.

10.4 Limitation of Liability for FridayTicket

FridayTicket does not bear responsibility for managing refunds, returns, or exchanges related to Ticket purchases. All refund, return, or exchange requests must be directed to the third-party site or Authorized Seller from whom the Ticket was purchased. Although FridayTicket may make reasonable efforts to assist Users in addressing such issues, it does not guarantee any specific resolution or outcome. Any assistance provided by FridayTicket is discretionary and does not impose any obligation on FridayTicket to resolve such issues.

11. Ticket Buyer’s Responsibilities

Before purchasing a Ticket, you should review the Authorized Seller’s legal entity, terms of sale, and privacy notice. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are advised not to proceed with the Ticket purchase, as such purchases may be irreversible, potentially resulting in the loss of funds.

12. Responsibilities of the Authorized Seller

The Authorized Seller is responsible for setting the prices of Tickets in accordance with agreements made with the Event Organizer. The Authorized Seller shall ensure that all Tickets sold are in compliance with applicable legal requirements and are issued in the prescribed form. The Authorized Seller shall also be responsible for confirming the Ticket Buyer’s right to present the Ticket to the Event Organizer and gain access to the event.

13. Responsibilities of the Event Organizer

The Event Organizer is responsible for the actual conduct of the event and for ensuring that the Ticket Buyer can access the event in accordance with the Ticket(s) purchased. In the event of a postponement or cancellation of the event, the Ticket Buyer must first contact the Authorized Seller and adhere to the procedures set forth in Section "Refunds," of these Terms.

14. Role and Limitations of the FridayTicket

14.1 Compliance with Registration and Payment Procedures

FridayTicket reserves the right to require the Ticket Buyer to fully comply with the Order registration and payment procedures as outlined in this Agreement. This includes adherence to all rules and protocols established for the successful completion of transactions.

14.2 Reservation and Order Cancellation

If the Ticket Buyer has accumulated more than two (2) unpaid Reservations and/or Orders within a single calendar month, such the Ticket Buyer's Reservation and/or Order can be cancelled. Such cancellations may occur at the sole discretion of FridayTicket or System Owner and are intended to manage and mitigate potential financial risks.

14.3 Modification and Suspension of Site, System, or Widget

FridayTicket retains the right to modify, update, or suspend any software associated with the Site, System, or Widget. This includes, but is not limited to, making changes to software functionalities, addressing significant system failures, correcting errors, performing preventive maintenance, and preventing unauthorized access. These actions may be taken as necessary to ensure the security, reliability, and proper functioning of the Site, System, and Widget.

14.4 Tariff Adjustments

FridayTicket reserves the right to unilaterally set and adjust tariffs for its Services at any time. Such adjustments may be implemented at the discretion of FridayTicket and will be communicated as applicable.

14.5 Service Fees

FridayTicket has the right to include and charge a Service Fee as part of the price of the Order. This fee is in addition to the face value of the Ticket and will be disclosed to the Ticket Buyer prior to finalizing the purchase.

14.6 Full Payment Requirement

FridayTicket reserves the right to demand full payment for the Ticket from the Ticket Buyer. Failure to provide such payment in full may result in the cancellation of the Order or Reservation.

14.7 Order Cancellation Due to Non-Payment

Any completed Order if it has not been paid during the designated Reservation Period can be canceled. Once an Order is cancelled, it cannot be updated or re-paid unless the Ticket Buyer initiates a new Order.

14.8 Refusal of Further Services

In the event of non-compliance by the Ticket Buyer with any terms or conditions of this Agreement, FridayTicket reserves the right to refuse further services to the Ticket Buyer. This refusal may be enacted at the sole discretion of FridayTicket and will be based on the Ticket Buyer’s failure to adhere to the Agreement.

14.9. Availability

The services provided by FridayTicket are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. FridayTicket makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the availability, functionality, or performance of the services. Users acknowledge that the use of the services is at their sole risk.

Furthermore, the availability of the services may be restricted or limited in certain territories due to geographic location, local laws, or other factors beyond the control of FridayTicket. It is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure that their access to and use of the services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their respective jurisdiction.

By using the services, users agree that FridayTicket shall not be liable for any interruptions, limitations, or inability to access the services in any territory.

15. Age Requirement and Legal Capacity

The services provided by FridayTicket are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing and using the services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have a parent or legal guardian review and agree to these Terms and Conditions on your behalf. Furthermore, any use of the services by individuals under the age of majority must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

By using the services, you acknowledge and agree that FridayTicket shall not be liable for any breach of this age requirement or any consequences resulting from unauthorized use of the services by individuals under the age of majority.

PLESE BE ADVICED: We are unable to prohibit minors from accessing our Site and must rely on parents and guardians to determine what materials are appropriate for viewing and purchasing by children. There are parental control protections, such as computer hardware, restriction software, or filtering services, that can assist you in limiting access to material that may be harmful to minors.

16. Authorized Seller Terms: Any terms and conditions, privacy policies, or practices provided by the Authorized Seller are not under the control of FridayTicket. FridayTicket is not responsible for, and makes no representations regarding, the accuracy or completeness of such terms provided by the Authorized Seller.

17. Disclaimer of Liability:

• Event Determination: FridayTicket is not responsible for determining or setting the specifics of the events, including dates, times, or venue details. This responsibility rests solely with the third-party site or Event Organizer.
• Payment Processing: FridayTicket does not handle payment processing and is not liable for any issues or disputes arising from payment transactions conducted on third-party sites.
• Refunds and Returns: FridayTicket is not responsible for any refunds, returns, or exchanges related to Ticket purchases. Users must address any refund or return requests directly with the third-party site or Ticket seller. While FridayTicket may attempt to assist users with such issues, there is no guarantee of resolution or outcome, and any assistance provided is at the sole discretion of FridayTicket.
• Event and performance impression: FridayTicket is not responsible for any issues related to partial performances, changes in the venue, alterations to the event lineup, modifications to event times, or any other changes that may occur regarding the Event. Additionally, FridayTicket is not liable for any negative impressions or dissatisfaction experienced by the Ticket Buyer as a result of these factors.

By using the services provided by FridayTicket, users acknowledge and agree that FridayTicket shall not be held liable for any issues arising from transactions conducted on third-party sites, including but not limited to payment processing, refunds, returns, or disputes related to the event.

18. Intellectual Property Rights

18.1. Ownership and Rights: All content, materials, and intellectual property associated with the Site are the exclusive property of FridayTicket or its licensors. This includes, but is not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other proprietary materials. FridayTicket retains all rights, titles, and interests in and to its intellectual property and reserves all rights not expressly granted to users.

18.2. Third-Party Intellectual Property: The Site may feature content, trademarks, or other intellectual property owned by third parties.Such third-party content is used under license or with permission and is protected by the intellectual property rights of the respective third parties. Users acknowledge that all third-party intellectual property is the property of its respective owners.

18.3. Authorized Use: Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site and its content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Users are expressly prohibited from using the intellectual property of FridayTicket or any third party for any unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works without explicit prior written consent.

18.4. Prohibited Activities:

• Unauthorized Use: Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or create derivative works from any content or materials on the Site without the prior written permission of FridayTicket or the respective third-party owner.
• Reverse Engineering: Users may not decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any software or technology associated with the Site.
• Commercial Exploitation: Users may not use any content or materials from the Site for commercial purposes without explicit prior written authorization.

18.5. Infringement Notification: If you believe that any content on the Site infringes upon your intellectual property rights or those of a third party, please contact FridayTicket promptly with detailed information about the alleged infringement. FridayTicket will review the claim and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable laws and its policies.

18.6. Limitation of Liability: By using the Site, you agree to respect all intellectual property rights and acknowledge that FridayTicket is not liable for any unauthorized use of content or materials by users or third parties. Users are solely responsible for any violations of intellectual property rights resulting from their actions.

19. Miscellaneous

19.1. Compliance with Event Rules

You agree to adhere to all applicable rules, policies, regulations, and conditions established by the Event Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission or expel any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly, who uses vulgar or offensive language, or who fails to comply with the established rules for attendees.

19.2. Public Nature of Events

You acknowledge that events for which you purchase Tickets are public, and that your appearance and conduct within and around the venue are public. You have no expectation of privacy regarding your actions or behavior at these events. You authorize us, the Event Organizers, Authorized Sellers, our partners, licensees, and successors, including but not limited to our brand and media partners, to use your name, image, likeness, actions, poses, performances, appearances, movements, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, photographic display, or other broadcast, exhibition, publication, or reproduction made at or during the event for any purpose, in any manner, in any medium or context, now known or later developed, without further permission or compensation to you or anyone acting on your behalf.

19.3. Searches and Security

You and your belongings may be searched upon entering the event. By purchasing a Ticket, you consent to such searches and waive any related claims that may arise. If you choose not to consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the event without refund or other compensation. Certain items may not be brought onto the premises, including but not limited to firearms, alcohol, drugs, cameras, recording devices, laser pointers, and strobe lights, in accordance with facility policies.

19.4. Prohibition on Ticket Resale

The illegal resale (or attempted illegal resale) of Tickets, including but not limited to counterfeit or duplicate Tickets, is grounds for possible seizure and cancellation without compensation. The Ticket Buyer is responsible for compliance with all relevant laws regarding the resale of Tickets. FridayTicket reserves the right to limit or deny the privilege of purchasing Tickets to anyone who, in our opinion, violates or has violated our Terms. As FridayTicket does not guarantee the authenticity of Tickets purchased from any unauthorized third-party reseller (such as brokers or individuals), we recommend purchasing Tickets directly through us, authorized partners, or the venue box office to ensure authenticity. Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotions, contests, or sweepstakes without FridayTicket's official written permission.

19.5. Fraud Prevention and Account Suspension

In an effort to protect our Ticket Buyers and Authorized Sellers, FridayTicket reserves the right to screen Ticket sales and listings for signs of fraudulent activity. This may involve the use of algorithms or automated systems to identify and address potential issues. As a result, listings or sales may be automatically canceled, and accounts may be temporarily or permanently suspended if suspicious activity is detected.

19.6. Error Resolution:

• Transaction Cancellations: If a transaction is canceled in error or if your account is suspended in error, please contact FridayTicket promptly to report the issue.
• Account Reinstatement: FridayTicket may, at its sole discretion, review the situation and take appropriate action. This may include reinstating your account or correcting any errors related to your account or transaction.
By using the Site, you acknowledge and agree that FridayTicket is not liable for any disruptions or cancellations resulting from fraud detection measures.

20. LIABILITY

20.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, along with all documents incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

20.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable under any circumstances, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the application of such provision under other circumstances or the remaining provisions of these Terms.

20.3 Disclaimer of Warranties

FridayTicket does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from failures or delays. To the fullest extent permitted by law, and as applicable law permits disclaimers of express or implied warranties, FridayTicket disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any warranty of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement that may arise out of the use of the Site or in connection with the agreement.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Site, the Services, or any part of the Site or the Services, with or without notice, for any reason. FridayTicket conducts regular scheduled maintenance of the Site. Although FridayTicket makes every effort to minimize the impact on customers, the Site or our Services may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance periods.

20.4 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FridayTicket, including its promoters, suppliers, advertisers, and sponsors, be liable to you or any other person for any damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the use of the Site, its content, or any product or service purchased through the Site. The Ticket Buyer expressly waives any rights to claim or recover damages of any kind from FridayTicket for any misunderstanding or misinterpretation of information related to the execution/payment of Orders or the receipt and use of Services.

20.5 Force Majeure

The parties shall be released from liability for the full or partial non-fulfillment of their obligations under these Terms if such non-fulfillment results from force majeure circumstances. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, military actions, strikes, civil disturbances, actions or decisions of government authorities, and failures in telecommunications and energy networks.

20.6 Responsibility for Information Channels

FridayTicket is not responsible for the operation or security of the information channels used by the Ticket Buyer to access the Site or for the storage of information, including Tickets received in accordance with these Terms.

20.7 Claims Submission

All claims or disputes related to these Terms must be submitted in writing within ten (10) calendar days from the date the claim arises. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered by FridayTicket.

20.8 Cooperation with Authorities

FridayTicket reserves the right to report any activity that it believes to be illegal or in violation of these Terms of Use. FridayTicket will respond to any verified requests related to criminal investigations (such as subpoenas, court orders, or other legal procedures) from local and foreign law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or other authorized entities.

21. Dispute resolution and jurisdiction

21.1 Grievance Procedure

All disputes arising out of or in connection with the implementation or interpretation of these Terms of Use shall first be resolved through a grievance procedure. The party initiating the grievance (the "Claimant") must submit a written claim to FridayTicket within ten (10) calendar days from the date the dispute arose. The written claim must include detailed information about the nature of the dispute, the specific provisions of these Terms of Use that are alleged to have been breached, and all relevant documents supporting the claim. FridayTicket will review the claim and provide a written response to the Claimant within ten (10) calendar days of receiving the claim. In addition, although FridayTicket may facilitate the resolution of disputes between the Ticket Buyer, the Authorized Seller, and the Event Organizer, We do not control or guarantee the availability, quality, or legality of the Tickets; the safety at your chosen Events; the truthfulness or accuracy of information about the Events; the ability of Authorized Sellers to sell Tickets or Ticket Buyers to pay for them; or that the Ticket Buyer or Authorized Seller will complete the transaction. As an online Platform, FridayTicket does not own the Tickets sold on the Site, except for those sold by FridayTicket as an Authorized Seller or Event Organizer.

21.2 Escalation to Legal Proceedings

If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through the grievance procedure, either party may escalate the dispute to legal proceedings. Such disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedures established by the current legislation of Hungary. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hungary for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use.

21.3 Governing Law

These Terms of Use, and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary. For all matters not expressly provided for in these Terms of Use, the parties shall be governed by the current legislation of Hungary.

22. Assignment and Transfer of Rights

FridayTicket may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time, provided that the terms and conditions are no less favorable to You. The Ticket Buyer may not assign or transfer its rights or obligations under these Terms without FridayTicket's prior written consent.

23. Notices

Notices from FridayTicketwill be sent to the Ticket Buyer via email to the address provided during the registration process. Such notices will be considered delivered 24 hours after the email is sent, unless FridayTicketis notified that the email address is invalid.

24. Security and Data Protection

FridayTicket employs secure server software (SSL), to ensure secure business transactions. This software encrypts all personal information, thereby preventing unauthorized access. Furthermore, all FridayTicket systems are safeguarded by a secure firewall infrastructure and are governed by stringent security policies. Access to customer data by FridayTicket personnel is strictly controlled to ensure that only authorized individuals can view data relevant to their job responsibilities. All interactions involving customer data are monitored by supervisory personnel and recorded in a control log. Additional details are provided in our Privacy Notice.
