To present you with access to various Events and achieve the sale of Tickets, we are employing Ticketing Channels such as FridayTicket, and connecting you with Event Organizers such as we are or other companies with whom we have separate agreements. Company Omega Concert s.r.o., registration number: 24699756, postal address: Ocelářská 2457/7, Libeň, 190 00 Praha 9, the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as the "System Owner"), is the owner of the System and collaborates with Organizers and Authorized Sellers under separate agreements.

We primarily provide the Site as an online platform that allows third-party companies (Organizers and Authorized Sellers) to advertise and sell Tickets for various events and concerts. In this arrangement, neither we nor the System Owner are responsible for the actions of the Organizers and Authorized Sellers (sellers); our role is to connect them with Buyers interested in purchasing Tickets.
Please be aware that, in addition to offering the Site for use, FridayTicket may also function as an Organizers and Authorized Sellers, selling Tickets directly. In such instances, we will assume the same rights and responsibilities as outlined in these Terms of Use for Organizers and Authorized Sellers.

By default, we display announcements for ticket sales for various events on the Site https://fridayticket.com/en and utilize the Widget provided by the System Owner to facilitate the sale of these tickets. Before completing an order, the Buyer will be redirected from https://fridayticket.com/en to a separate content module (Widget), which is automatically identified by the System and establishes a connection between the Authorized Seller and the Buyer.

Certain products or services you access or purchase through these services may be provided by our third-party partners. The handling of your information related to these services will be governed by the privacy policies of the respective third parties.
